(For Medical Tourism Services)

BOOMBIZ Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) collects and uses your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Medical Service Act of the Republic of Korea.
Please read the following carefully before providing your consent.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use

Your personal information will be collected and used for the following purposes:

To provide medical tourism consultation and reservation services

To connect and arrange appointments with partner hospitals and medical institutions

To guide and coordinate medical procedures and schedules

To provide quotations, billing, and payment services

To assist with accommodation, transportation, translation, and related services

To respond to inquiries and conduct post-service management (e.g., satisfaction surveys, complaint handling)

To comply with legal obligations and respond to disputes or regulatory requests

2. Items to Be Collected
(1) Required Information

Full name (including English spelling), date of birth, gender, nationality

Contact information (mobile number, email address, messenger ID, etc.)

Passport number or alien registration number (for reservation or customs purposes)

Medical interest area (treatment name, department, symptoms, etc.)

(2) Optional Information

Travel itinerary and flight information

Accommodation details and companion information

Health condition, medical history, or prior treatment records (if needed for consultation)

3. Retention and Use Period

Personal information will be retained for 3 years after the completion of services.

However, if required by relevant laws and regulations (e.g., Medical Service Act, Consumer Protection Act), information may be retained for the legally required period.

4. Provision to Third Parties

Your personal information may be provided to the following third parties within the scope necessary to provide services.
