Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between oseyokorea.com (“Company,” “Service,” or “We”) and its users (“Users,” including Members and Non-Members).
Article 2 (Definitions)

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws.

Amended Terms will take effect after notification on the website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 4 (Provision, Modification, and Suspension of Service)

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service without prior notice for operational or technical reasons.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the modification or suspension of free services.
Article 5 (Account Registration and Management)

Membership is established upon the Company’s approval of the User’s application.

Members are solely responsible for managing their account and password. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of an account due to the Member's negligence.
Article 6 (User Obligations) Users shall not:

Use another person’s information or provide false information.

Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.

Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Service or its servers.

Conduct unauthorized commercial activities, advertisements, or spamming.

Post content that violates laws, public order, or morals.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property and User-Generated Content)

All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company.

For any content posted by Users (UGC), the User grants the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for service operation, promotion, and training/improvement of AI models.

Users may not use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes without prior approval.
Article 8 (AI Services and Data Utilization)

The Service may provide information and content generated by AI.

Disclaimer on AI Results: Due to the nature of AI, results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of AI-generated content. Users rely on such information at their own risk.

Data Usage for AI Training: The Company may use de-identified prompts and interaction logs to improve and train its AI models.
Article 9 (Payments and Paid Services)

Users may purchase paid services or products using payment methods prescribed by the Company (e.g., Credit Cards, Global Payment Platforms).

Users are responsible for the security of their payment information. The Company is not liable for unauthorized transactions.

The Company may change service fees at its discretion, with prior notice.
Article 10 (Cancellations and Refunds)

Refund Restrictions: Refunds may be restricted for digital content (including AI-generated results) that is immediately accessible or consumed upon purchase, as permitted by law.

Third-Party Services: For bookings involving partners (hospitals, travel agencies, etc.), the partner’s refund policy takes precedence. The Company may deduct cancellation fees before issuing a refund.

Global Transactions: For payments made via international platforms (e.g., Stripe), the Company is not responsible for losses due to currency fluctuations or non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors.

Subjective dissatisfaction or simple change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for a refund.
Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for failures to provide the Service due to force majeure, including natural disasters, hacking, or communication failures.

The Company is not responsible for disputes between Users or between Users and third parties.
Article 12 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

Disputes shall be settled amicably through consultation between the Company and the User.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
Article 13 (Governing Law) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
