Gyeongju Daereungwon Ancient Tomb Complex (경주 대릉원 일원)
Gyeongsangbukdo 9 Gyerim-ro, Gyeonju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do Gyeongju Daereungwon Tomb Complex consists of five tombs, Ancient Tombs of Gyeongju Nodong-ri, Noseo-ri, Hwangnam-ri, Hwango-ri, and Inwang-ri. The tombs are distributed in Hwangnam-dong, Gyeongju-si, and are located in the Daereungwon area. Within Daereungwon Tomb Complex is Cheonmachong Tomb, which was excavated in 1973. Furthermore, Hwangnamdaechong Tomb was excavated between 1973 and 1975, and is a set of twin tombs belonging to a presumed married couple.

Gyeongju Bulguksa Temple [UNESCO World Heritage] (경주 불국사 [유네…
Gyeongsangbukdo 385 Bulguk-ro, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do Bulguksa Temple is a representative relic of Buddhist culture from the Silla kingdom. The temple was built during the 15th year of King Beopheung's reign (514-540) to wish for peace and prosperity for all. It was later rebuilt in 751 by Kim Dae-seong. Unfortunately, the temple caught fire during the Imjin War (1592-1598). After the war, the temple suffered serious damage and was often the target of theft. Starting in 1920, the temple has undergone continual restoration work. The temple now holds seven national treasures and a number of additional important heritages and was designated a World Cultural Heritage Site along with the nearby Seokguram Grotto by UNESCO in December 1995.

It houses around birds of different species, along with various plants and flowers. Visitors can interact with the birds and enjoy hands-on experiences at the educational center. The first floor features an ecological experience hall with birds, reptiles, fish, and small animals, while the second floor includes exhibition halls and outdoor experiential spaces.

Gyeongju Bae-dong Samneung Royal Tombs (경주 배동 삼릉)
Gyeongsangbukdo Bae-dong, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do Samneung meaning "three royal tombs," has strong ties to history. The three royal tombs house three kings of the Silla Kingdom: King Adala (8th King of the dynasty), King Sindeok (53rd) and King Gyeongmyeong (54th). King Adala, who cared deeply for his people,went to warafter hiscitizens were abducted by the invaders of Baekje.But when Baekje asked for a peace treaty, King Adala released the prisoners he took during the engagement. During his rulling,a kingdom in Japan sent an envoy to ask for friendly relations with Silla. King Adala’s tomb is 58m in circumference at the base, 5.4m in x_height and 18m in diameter. WhenKing Hyogong died without any heirs, the people of the kingdom crowned his son-in-law as their next king – King Sindeok. During his reign, King Sindeok devoted himself to protecting his kingdom from invasions by Gyeonhwon and Gungye. The royal tomb is 61m in circumference at the base, 5.8m in x_height and 18m in diameter. It was robbed twice, inviting investigations in 1953 and 1963. The investigations revealed the tomb to be a chamber made of stone. King Gyeongmyeong, the son of King Sindeok, together with Wanggeon, the founder of the Goryeo dynasty, successfully defeated Gyeonhwon’s attack against Daeyaseong Fortress. During his reign, he attempted to establish diplomatic relations with the Hudang dynasty of China, but was unsuccessful. The tomb is 50m in circumference at the base, 4.5m in x_height and 16m in diameter.

Gyeongjeong Village (Chayu Fishing Village) (경정마을(차유어촌체험마을))
Gyeongsangbukdo Gyeongjeong-ri, Chuksan-myeon, Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do Gyeongjeong Village, also known as Chayu Fishing Village due to its saddle-like shape, is located along the beautiful east coast of Korea. The village is renowned for its snow crabs that were offered to the king since ancient times as well as the snow crab monument. Other specialties of the village include wild seaweed, dried squid, and sea urchin. The village offers experience programs like night crab catching, snow crab catching, lantern experience and other diverse programs that are loved by children. Gyeongjeong Beach (경정해수욕장)
Gyeongsangbukdo 1726, Yeongdeokdaege-ro, Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do Gyeongjeong Beach is famous for its serene and clean water with gentle waves. The southern part of the beach is made of rocks. Visitors should avoid swimming in the waters since they are used as an aqua farm for growing marine products such as sea cucumbers, abalone and sea squirts. The beachside road is a perfect driving course with the view of the horizon.

Gyeonghwa Station Cherry Blossom Street (경화역 벚꽃길)
Gyeongsangnamdo 649 Jinhae-daero, Jinhae-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do Gyeonghwa Station Cherry Blossom Street, located in Jinhae, Changwon, is now a railway station where trains no longer stop, famous for its cherry blossoms in spring. Gyeonggijeon Shrine (경기전)
Jeollabukdo 44 Taejo-ro, Wansan-gu, Jeonju-si, Jeonbuk-do A registered Historic Site, Gyeonggijeon Shrine was founded in 1410 and holds the portrait of King Tae-jo, the founder of the Joseon dynasty. The shrine was originally given the name Eoyongjeon, but was changed to its current name in 1442, the 24th year of King Sejong the Great. The structure was partially destroyed during the Imjin War (1592-1598), and was restored in 1614. Gyeonggijeon Shrine is beloved by the locals and tourists for its elegance and the lush tree groves in the middle of the city.

Gyeonggi Cheonggyesa Temple (청계사(경기))
Gyeonggido 475, Cheonggye-ro, Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do Cheonggyesa Temple is a Buddhist temple near Baegunhosu Lake that became well-known as the site of udumbara flower, a rarity that blooms on Buddhist statues. Built during the Silla Kingdom, the temple offers many sights, including the Cheonggyesa Temple Monument, Geungnakjeon Hall, the bell tower, Samseonggak Shrine, Ksitigarbha Hall, and Gamnoji Pond. Among the many things to see, visitors should not miss a glimpse of the Bronze Bell of Cheonggyesa Temple and the Wood Printing Block in Cheonggyesa Temple. Created in the 27th year of the reign of King Sukjong (1701) of the Joseon dynasty, the Bronze Bell has been designated as a national treasure, and is adorned with elaborate patterns.

Gyeongcheondae Cliff (낙동강 경천대(경천대 전망대))

Gyeongbuk Millennium Forest Garden (경북천년숲정원)

Gyeongbokgung Palace (경복궁)
Seoul 161 Sajik-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul Gyeongbokgung Palace was built in 1395 as the official palace of the Joseon dynasty by Yi Seong-gye, the future King Taejo and founder of the new regime. Gyeongbokgung Palace is commonly referred to as the Northern Palace because of its location to the north, comparied to Changdeokgung Palace in the east and Gyeonghuigung Palace in the west. Gyeongbokgung Palace is arguably the most beautiful and is the largest of all five palaces. Many Joseon kings were crowned here. The premises were once destroyed by fire during the Imjin War (1592-1598). However, all of the palace buildings were later restored under the leadership of Heungseondaewongun during the reign of King Gojong. The assassination of Empress Myeongseong, however, resulted in Gyeongbokgung Palace losing its function as a royal palace, eventually witnessing the downfall of the Joseon dynasty. Gyeongbokgung Palace retains the original Gyeonghoeru Pavilion, a prime example of Joseon architecture, and the Hyangwonjeong Pavilion and pond. The sculptures in the Geunjeongjeon Hall exemplify Joseon-era sculpture techniques. The west side of the area outside Heungnyemun Gate is occupied by the National Palace Museum of Korea, while the eastern side of Hyangwonjeong Pavilion within the Gyeongbokgung Palace is occupied by the National Folk Museum of Korea

Gyeokpo Port (격포항)
Jeollabukdo 788-15, Gyeokpo-ri, Byeonsan-myeon, Buan-gun, Jeonbuk-do Gyeokpo Port is an important transit point for maritime transportation between the islands of the West Sea, such as Wido Island, Gogunsan Islands, and Hongdo Island. As a fishing port, it is known as the place through which delicious seafood from the clean waters of the West Sea arrives on land. This reputation is evident in the huge crowds of gourmands and tourists who flock to the port for webfoot octopus in spring and gizzard shad in fall. The port hauls large catches of webfoot octopus, cuttlefish, blue crab, monkfish, rockfish, spotty belly greenling, flatfish, gizzard shad, clam, and shellfish, which can be enjoyed in many seafood restaurants near the port. Gyeokpo Port is also known for its beautiful view of the sunset.

Gyeokpo Beach (격포해변)
Jeollabukdo 29-14, Byeonsanhaebyeon-ro, Buan-gun, Jeonbuk-do Gyeokpo Beach, located near Chaeseokgang River, is also called Chaeseokgang Beach. The beach is more famous for the view of Chaeseokgang River and the sunset over the west sea. The beach get popular in summer, full of visitors enjoying the scenery and water activities.
