Jeollabukdo 62, Silsang-gil, Buan-gun, Jeonbuk-do Jiksopokpo Falls is located within Bongnaegugok Valley. The waterfall is the largest in Byeonsanbando National Park, thundering down 30 meters. The waterfall can be reached by a hiking trail starting at Naesosa Temple. Known as one of the most beautiful sights in Byeonsanbando National Park, the waterfall is very popular with tourists.

Jikjisa Temple (직지사)

Gyeongsangbukdo 95, Jikjisa-gil, Gimcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do Jikjisa Temple, located at the foot of Hwangaksan Mountain in Gimcheon, Gyeongsangbuk-do, was constructed in 418, during the second year of Silla Kingdom King Nulji's reign. This temple is in perfect harmony with the nearby valley and pine forest. The foliage in fall is particularly breathtaking. The temple grounds include Birojeon Hall (also known as Cheonbuljeon Hall), in which approximately 1,000 Buddha statues are enshrined, along with a thousand-year-old arrowroot. The templegrounds also include Iljumun Gate, Daeungjeon Hall, and a 1.63 meter-tall Seated Stone Buddhist Statue (Treasure No. 319) from the Unified Silla Period.

Jewon Haneul (제원 하늘농원)

Jejudo 72-5 Daeheulbuk-gil, Jocheon-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju-do Jewon Haneul, spanning 26,046 square meters, has open fields and greenhouse facilities for tangerines. It is certified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs for non-pesticide farming, Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), and low-carbon practices. The farm grows various citrus fruits throughout the year. Green tangerines are harvested from August to September, field-grown tangerines in October, and Hwanggeumhyang, Redhyang, and Cheonhyehyang varieties from December to February. From the end of April until early May, the farm is adorned with tangerine flowers. It operates various food therapy programs, such as making tangerine marmalade, tangerine cakes, green tangerine syrup, and summer tangerine syrup, depending on the season. In addition, it provides sound therapy programs like singing bowl meditation in the tangerine orchard and making glass wind chimes attached with a wish tag. As such, the farm has become a space for relaxation and rest for those with exhausted minds and bodies.

Gangwondo Jeungsan-dong, Samcheok-si, Gangwon-do A small and quiet beach, Jeungsan Beach is located four kilometers away from downtown Samcheok. Jeungdo Ujeon Beach (증도 우전해수욕장)

Jeollanamdo 1684, Jidojeungdo-ro, Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do Ujeon Beach stretches 4 kilometers in length on the southwestern coast of the island of Jeungdo, the biggest natural salt producer in Korea. The silvery white sand as well as the view of the sealine dotted with over 90 deserted islands make Ujeon Beach one of the most attractive seaside destinations. Clean waters and pine tree forest provide perfect shade for summer visitors. The beach is rich with germanium, holding Germanium Festival every summer.

Jeonuihyanggyo Confucian School (전의향교)

Sejong 5-18, Bukchon 1-gil, Sejong-si Jeonuihyanggyo Confucian School is thought to have been built in 1413 during the 13th year of King Taejong’s reign. The school features a simple spatial arrangement with only Myeongnyundang and Daeseongjeon Study Halls, each with three gates in the front. Outside the western wall of Myeongnyundang Hall is Sujiksa Temple. Several books - Jaeimnok, Seonan, several texts on rituals, and Eojeyuneum (1782-1783), which was published in 1782 (6th year of King Jeongjo’s reign) and 1783, have been found at Jeonui Hyanggyo.

Jeonpyeongje Reservoir (전평제)

Gwangju 9, Jeonpyeong-gil, Seo-gu, Gwangju Jeonpyeongje Reservoir was built in 1943 to supply water for agricultural purposes to farms in the Maewol-dong and Byeokjin-dong regions as well as to prevent both floods and droughts. Starting in 1999, the reservoir was changed to a rest area, with a wooden deck crossing the reservoir to the man-made island in the middle. The area now serves as a waterside relaxation and eco-exploration space for family visitors.

The traditional rural village landscape is well preserved here. The name "Cheongsan" means "green mountain," and true to its name, the mountains, sky, and sea are all refreshing. The island boasts a total of eleven slow paths, named so because walking along them slows one's pace due to the beautiful scenery. The view of gudeuljang paddy and low stone walls is also a rare sight to behold.

It was assigned as a biodiversity conservation area by UNESCO. Jeungdo Island also has Korea’s largest salt fields. At Taepyeong Salt Field, you can experience real life in a fishing village. There is a tour of the salt museum and hands-on programs for tourists to make the experience more personal. There are some 90 uninhabited islands and islets neighboring the Jeungdo Island. The Wujeon Beach Resort offers a magnificent view of the horizon. The mud hopper bridge, which stands in the mudflats, along with the relic of a historical monument and wetland ecology exhibition hall, are some of the things you can see on the island of Jeungdo. * Jeungdo Island Mudflats Festival opens in early August each year, offering a mudflat program as well as a drying by the sun salt-making program, among others.

Jeonjuhyanggyo Local Confucian School (전주향교)

Jeollabukdo 139 Hyanggyo-gil, Wansan-gu, Jeonju-si, Jeonbuk-do Jeonjuhyanggyo is a local Confucian school that was established during the Joseon dynasty (1392-1910) and is a designated Historic Treasure. This was a national education center during the Joseon period. The school was originally located at the Gyeonggijeon Shrine site, but was relocated in 1603. The mortuary tablets of seven Chinese Confucian scholars and 18 Korean scholars are enshrined in the main building of Daeseongjeon Hall. The site is popular for its 400-year-old ginkgo tree in the front yard, and is the most beautiful in fall.

Jeollabukdo 68 Sori-ro, Deokjin-gu, Jeonju-si, Jeonbuk-do Located about 1 kilometer away from Deokjin Park in Deokjin-gu, Jeonju-si, the zoo is equipped with not only diverse animals and plants, but also a field for soccer, a volleyball court and many other sports facilities. In addition to their leisure grounds, the amusement park 'DreamLand' is found to the eastside of the zoo. Opened on June 10, 1978, the zoo houses visitors' all time favorites like tigers, lions, giraffes, hippos, buffalo, rhinos, camels and more exotic animals, coming to a total of 670 animals made up of 106 different species.
