2025.09.26　 Gyeongsangbukdo　

Gyeongsangbukdo 1213 Yeongdeokdaege-ro, Yeongdeok-eup, Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do Odo Beach, a white sand beach with shallow waters, stretches across 600 meters. During summer, visitors can rent boats and tubes to enjoy swimming, whereas, in other seasons, visitors can engage in sea-fishing and catch fish such as black seabream and olive flounder. Part of the Yeongdeok Blue Road D course, it is a great place for leisurely strolls and soaking in the beauty of both the sea and the surrounding mountains.

Naeyeonsan Bogyeongsa Municipal Park (내연산보경사시립공원)

Gyeongsangbukdo 533 Bogyeong-ro, Songna-myeon, Buk-gu, Pohang-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do Naeyeonsan Bogyeongsa Municipal Park is a scenic area that encompasses both the historic Bogyeongsa Temple and the majestic Naeyeonsan Mountain. The mountain, rising to a x_height of 710 meters, is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, characterized by twelve waterfalls cascading through a 14-kilometer-long valley. These waterfalls, coupled with towering rock walls ranging from 50 to 100 meters in x_height, such as Sinseondae Cliff and Haksodae Cliff, along with unique rock formations, create a breathtaking landscape. On the southern side of the mountain lies Bogyeongsa Temple, a significant religious site with origins dating back to the Silla period. The temple complex includes attached hermitages like Seounam Hermitage and Munsuam Hermitage. Notably, the temple houses treasured artifacts, including the stele and stupa of State Preceptor Wonjin.

O Sung Hanok Village (오성한옥마을)

Jeollabukdo Daeheung-ri, Wangju-gun, Jeonbuk-do Nestled between Jongnamsan Mountain and Wibongsan Mountain, O Sung Hanok Village has hanok mansion and approximately 20 hanok buildings consisting of cafes, galleries and more. The village also has various experience programs including forest walking trail that provides tradtional and cultural insights. The attraction is also known to visitors for its peaceful setting, bringing in visitors wanting to relax and meditate. Many artists who resides in the village offers gallery views, cafe, bookstore and more. In 2019, BTS stayed in the village for one week to shoot "BTS 2019 SUMMER PACKAGE" music videos and magazine photos. The village consistantly attracts ARMY and regular visitors.

Naewonsagyegok Valley (내원사계곡)

Gyeongsangnamdo 207, Naewon-ro, Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do Naewonsagyegok Valley is located just below Naewonsa Temple at the foot of Cheonseongsan Mountain. The valley is surrounded by Jeongjoksan Mountain to the northeast, Wonjeoksan Mountain to the south, and Cheonseongsan Mountain to the southeast. The water running through the numerous valleys between these mountains has formed streams like Yongyeoncheon and Sangnicheon, which form the Yangsancheon Stream out of Naewonsagyegok Valley. Naewonsagyegok Valley was formerly called Sogeumgang (little Geumgang), meaning that its beautiful scenery is comparable to that of the breathtaking Geumgangsan Mountain. It is also known as the “mystical valley” as crystal clear water flows all year round. The word “Sogeumgang” is distinctly engraved on one side of the cliff and large rocks stand in layers throughout the valley. Some of the rocks are called Byeongpungbawi Rock, literally meaning folding screen rocks, as they are stretched out much like folding screens. The valley and the surrounding mountains are a popular summer vacation spot and a well-known hiking destination during the spring, fall, and winter. Muk (acorn jelly) made with acorns gathered from this area not only tastes great, but is also very healthy. Nearby attractions include Tongdosa Temple and Hongnyongpokpo Falls. * Entrance into the upper region of Naewonsagyegok Valley is restricted.

Nungin Sunwon (능인선원)

Seoul 340 Yangjae-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul Nungin Sunwon, nestled at the base of Guryongsan Mountain, is named after another name of Buddha, Sakyamuni, signifying "the one who skillfully educates and benefits others." This temple complex includes several key structures: the Daeungjeon Hall, the Dharma Hall, the Gwaneumjeon Hall, and the resplendent Great Bhaisajyaguru, known for its golden glow. Additionally, the site houses a Buddhist university, providing a range of programs that cover basic to advanced Buddhist studies.

Naewonsa Temple (Yangsan) (내원사(양산))

Gyeongsangnamdo 207 Naewon-ro, Habuk-myeon, Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do Naewonsa Temple, situated in Cheonseongsan National Park, is home to a monumental Buddha statue standing at 5.5 meters, crafted during the Silla dynasty. The temple complex features various structures, including Bogwangjeon and Geungnakjeon Halls, showcasing its captivating architectural style. Renowned for its picturesque mountain landscapes and as a popular destination for autumn foliage, the temple attracts numerous visitors every year.

Naewonam Hermitage (Ulsan) (내원암 (울산))

Naewonam Hermitage is located on Daeunsan Mountain in Ulsan. Daewonsa, the once head temple of this hermitage, was located at the entrance to the complex, but only the remains exist today. The valley around the hermitage is famous for its clean and clear waters. The 500-year-old nettle tree within the hermitage grounds catches the eye for resembling an elephant. An annual music concert performed by Buddhist monks from Ulsan City takes place at Naewonam Hermitage.

Nueseom Lighthouse Observatory (누에섬 등대전망대)

Gyeonggido 17-156 Daebuhwanggeum-ro, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do Nueseom Lighthouse Observatory is a lighthouse and observatory located on the small uninhabited Nueseom Island, just off the coast of Tando Port in Daebudo Island. Serving to aid the safe navigation of ships along the Seohae Coast and providing opportunities for coastal tourism and natural learning. On the first and second floors, visitors can view exhibitions related to Nueseom Island and lighthouses both domestically and internationally. On the third floor, panoramic views of the sea are available.

Naerincheon River Pothole-Gangwon Peace National Geopark (내린…

Gangwondo Buk-ri, Girin-myeon, Inje-gun, Gangwon-do Naerincheon River starts out as a small stream on Bungnyongsan Mountain and flows down Sogyebangsan Mountain before joining with other small valley streams to create the larger river that most people know. The river has created a valley with many interesting and uniquely shaped rocks as it flowed down the mountainside over the years. The waters are so pure, the small pebbles and sand lining the bottom of the stream can be seen clearly. There are a number of areas along the stream perfect for relaxing and enjoying some time in nature. Many families visit and enjoy fishing and the pure environment. The river is also well-known for rafting.

Naejangsan Sculpture Park (내장산조각공원)

Jeollabukdo 214 Naejanghoban-ro, Jeongeup-si, Jeonbuk-do Naejangsan Sculpture Park is located at the foothills of Naejangsan Mountain below Seorabong peak. The park exhibits a sculpture from 16 recognized artists who were awarded from Korea's four major art exhibitions. The park is also home to endangered and rare plants, allowing visitors to enjoy art in a nature-friendly atmosphere. The Naejangsan Chrysanthemum Festival is held at this park every fall.

Norimae Park (노리매공원)

Jejudo 2260-15 Jungsanganseo-ro, Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do Norimae Park gets its name from the Korean words for "play" and "apricot." As is expected from the name, the park is filled with apricot trees as well as other blossoms like daffodils, peonies, camelia trees and more. Furthermore, the park is decorated with Jeju's famous stones and a man-made waterfall and pond.
