Gangwondo Noam-dong, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do Noam Tunnel is a hidden attraction of Gangneung, stretching from Ipam-dong to Jungang Market. The old train tunnel was put out of use with the construction of the newer KTX line, and has now become a must-see attraction along the Gangneung Bau-gil Trail.

Nine Forest Ewhawon (나인포레스트 이화원)

Gyeonggido 64, Jaraseom-ro, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do Located on Jaraseom Island, Nine Forest Ewhawon was renewed in 2015. The garden spans over an area of 33,000 square meters with a 1,090 square meter butterfly ecology center, making it the largest butterfly park in the world. The park offers live butterflies and butterfly specimens all year long through the use of a greenhouse. Visitors can look at exhibitions and learn about butterflies and plants with detailed explanations from professional guides. Jaraseom Island also offers camping sites and hosts various festivals.

Nexon Computer Museum (넥슨컴퓨터박물관)

Featured in many dramas and reality shows, it is also a fan-favorite destination. Another highlight of the tower is the Namsan Cable Car. The cable car began its operation in 1962, transferring passengers from the foot of the mountain to the base of the tower. Neungpohang Port (능포항)

Gyeongsangnamdo Neungpo-dong, Geoje-si, Gyeongsangnam-do Neungpohang Port, located in Geoje, spans 1.7 km until Yangjiam and is connected to Jangseungpo by road. Designated as a national port in 1971, it was revamped in 2016 into a multifunctional port. Today it serves not only as an infrastructure for fisheries industries, but is also gaining popularity for marine leisure, cultural activities, and tourism. Its breakwaters and waterside park make it a favored destination, attracting families and other tourists alike.

Myungam Well-being Town (명암산채건강마을)

Chungcheongbukdo 574, Myeongam-ro, Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do Situated at an altitude of 400 meters between Gamaksan Mountain and Seokgiam Peak, Myungam Well-being Town is nestled in the countryside and surrounded by mountains and streams. The town has eight traditional accommodations made of stone and red clay, a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), Oriental medicine clinic, medicinal herb garden, weekend rural market, sports field, barbecue area, karaoke machine, restaurant, benches by the stream, pavilion, hiking trails, and mountain bike paths. This family-oriented well-being resort also provides hanbang (herbal medicine) treatments and a pine needle and sweat therapy. The Oriental medicine clinic was established by the city of Jecheon to offer treatments for visitors with atopy, geriatric diseases and chronic diseases.

Neungganggyegok Valley, Eoreumgol Valley (능강계곡, 얼음골)

Chungcheongbukdo San 30-4, Neunggang-ri, Susan-myeon, Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do Neungganggyegok Valley (Eoreumgol Valley) is within the mountains near the Cheongpungho Lake. Located in a high area surrounded by mountains, the sun reaches the area far less than others. In fact, the name Eoreumgol Valley references how the lush forests and the area’s geographical features have made the summer here so cool that the ice (eoreum) is said to have been left frozen even in the x_height of summer. The water originating from Eoreumgol Valley flows into the Cheongpungho Lake through Neungganggyegok Valley.

Jejudo Mujuran-ro, Jeju-si, Jeju-do Jeju's Tokkiseom Island (Rabbit Island) is located 50 meters off the coast of Hado-ri, Gujwa-eup in Jeju-si. Crinum lilies grow in an environment where the average temperature is around 15℃ with the lowest temperature no less than -3.5℃. The flower is white and blooms from July to September. They bloom at night and have a strong fragrance.

National Mang-Hyang Cemetery (국립 망향의 동산)

Chungcheongnamdo 372-8, Manghyang-ro, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do The National Mang-Hyang Cemetery provides a resting place for the souls of Koreans who resided and passed away in foreign lands. The Korean government built the cemetery in 1976 for compatriots who were forced to leave their beloved homeland under the Japanese colonial rule and ultimately passed away in foreign lands. In addition to graveyards, the cemetery also houses the KAL Memorial Tower. Every fall, a large memorial service is held.

National Jangseong Healing Forest (국립장성치유의숲)

Jeollanamdo 716 Chuam-ro, Seosam-myeon, Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do National Jangseong Healing Forestis a natural recreational facility located in the Chungnyeongsan National Forest, opened in 2011. Visitors can be relaxed by walking along the cypress forest trail emitting phytoncides. There are seven hiking courses designed with various themes and slopes. Following the main course, the "Well-being Forest Path," hikers will encounter the Chungnyeongsan Observatory, where they can enjoy panoramic views of the mountain and see the cypress forest at a glance.

National Institute of Ecology - Seocheon (국립생태원(서천))

Chungcheongnamdo 1210, Geumgang-ro, Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do National Institute of Ecology is a research, exhibition, and educational center housing various animals and plants from world five climates and regions including the tropics, desert climate, the Mediterranean, temperate climate, and the polar region. Fauna and flora from the Korean Peninsula's ecosystem can also be seen here. The Institute’s Ecorium showcases living ecosystem exhibitions, housing 1,900 plants and 280 animals in an area of 21,000㎡ to help people understand the relations between climate and ecology. The outdoor exhibition area is divided into 5 sections, from Korea’s representative wetland ecological system to various international plants, rare plants grown on the high mountain, Korean representative deer species' habitat space, pond ecology and others. In addition, it offers vivid ecological education through the nearby ecological region and has varied exhibitions and researching facility as well as firsthand programs and events.

National Debt Redemption Movement Memorial Park (국채보상운동기념공원)

Daegu 670, Gukchaebosang-ro, Jung-gu, Daegu Construction on the National Debt Redemption Movement Memorial Park began in March 1998 and was completed in December 1999. The park was established to retain the spirit of the National Debt Redemption Movement that originated in Daegu in 1907 and the 2nd movement in 1997 that was held to help overcome the national economic distress affected by the Asian Financial Crisis of 1997. The park also expanded the green space in the downtown area and offers a place of rest and relaxation to the general public. Spanning 42,500 square meters in size, the park boasts the Dalgubeol Grand Bell, a bell pavilion, walking trails, and other amenities. The famous Dalgubeol Grand Bell was installed on the park grounds in December 1998 as a representation of harmony and prosperity and to symbolically awaken the people with its pure and clear ringing. In addition the convenient and beautifule amenities, the park also has several memorial plaques engraved with quotes from many significant historical figures who shaped Korea's culture and values.
